An electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and a personal safe inside the family cave room were handy. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, near to the beautiful viewpoint, Turkey, and the mountain's cave. Also, it was close to visit Sunset Point.

This hotel was intimate and clean, cool for shopping. The location was perfect and quiet - close to restaurants and cafés.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming and had a cozy feel that made me instantly feel at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a lovely, traditional ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with no stairs to climb, making it convenient for me to navigate around.

I would have preferred if the hotel had more handrails and non-slip mats in the bathrooms to ensure a safer and more comfortable stay for senior guests.

had amazing stay for 2 nights and the weather was wonderful. i liked the neat room and 1 double bed and 2 single beds. having a mini bar, satellite television and central heating was very convenient. the location was absolutely perfect and excellent, in caves and overlooking garden. local fast food option smile steak house was 5 minutes walk away.

we booked family cave room that was complete with four beds as advertised. the hotel has unbeatable and magnificent location near to ortahisar, the hill which had a great view of balloons in the early morning and bus station and cafe also and the town center.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were overworked.

The staff is incredibly helpful in arranging tours and attractions, including airport transfers. The breakfast offers tasty options, particularly on the sweet side with a variety of jams. Tbh, had a PEACEFUL stay for 2 nights. The best family-friendly hotel I ever visited before now. The room was large and brand-new with a comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi.

I could get double room with a garden view, loved that. The location of the property was excellent, to Kayseri airport. Had an amazing stay for 2 nights, would recomand this place.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room I stayed in was really nice and clean, and I loved the beautiful view from the terrace. The hotel is located in a calm area, but still only a 5-minute walk from the bustling main street with all the shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged a shuttle bus for me and even booked tours for me. They were always in the mood to chat and provide valuable information. Additionally, the hotel provided transport to show us some local sites, which was a great bonus.

Best possible location, very close to Aydin Kiragi. Very friendly staff who had incredible hospitality, budget and large room. Free parking nearby provided.
